About me

After 3 years studying accountancy I decided to leave this field to follow my passion: Baking

I worked 2 years in order to finance my training in a highly regarded French bakery school : the National Institute of Bakery and Pastry (Institut National de la Boulangerie Patisserie)

After completing my training I began working immediately. My passion for the craft and my dedication helped me to acquire enough experience to assume the position of Head Baker after only three years in this field.
