About me
After 3 years studying accountancy, I decided to leave this field to follow my passion: Baking
I worked 2 years in order to finance my training in a highly regarded French bakery school : the National Institute of Bakery and Pastry (Institut National de la Boulangerie Patisserie)
After completing my training I began working immediately and moved to Malta at Le Grenier à Pain Malta. My passion for the craft and my dedication helped me to acquire enough experience to quickly assume the position of Head Baker.
After two years in Malta I decided to come back in France where I joined Maison Kayser where I went from Deputy Head Baker to Head Baker within five month.
